Frequently asked questions.

A practical guide to the document verification SaaS platform, from the first upload to the final scan.

What is this service?

It is a hosted SaaS platform for institutions that issue certificates and need a simple, public way to verify them. Administrators manage records in a private workspace while anyone with a certificate number or QR code can verify a document.

How does verification work?

The system creates a unique certificate number and QR verification link for each record. A visitor can enter the number or scan the QR code to view the certificate status and matching metadata.

How are uploaded PDFs protected?

Uploaded PDFs are stamped with verification details and hashed with SHA-256. The stored hash provides a file-integrity check when a document is verified.

Can I upload many documents at once?

Yes. The admin bulk upload accepts CSV or Excel files. Rows appear in the upload window, and you can attach the matching PDF beside each holder row before submitting.

Do recipients need an account?

No. Public verification is designed to work from a browser without an account. Only authorized administrators need to sign in to create or manage records.

Can files be saved to Google Drive?

Yes. Connect Google Drive from Admin Settings, choose an optional folder, and enable Drive saving during upload. Google OAuth must be configured with the correct redirect URI and test users while the app is in testing mode.

What does SaaS mean here?

The software is delivered as an online service: administrators use the browser-based workspace, while the service handles document registration, verification links, QR stamps, and record management in one place.
